They work to provide technical service to the computer systems in our university.

Duties:

• Setting up personal computers and printers, installing software, networking, etc. making the settings, making it ready for use and commissioning.
• Providing the solution of software or hardware problems reported with the fault recording service.
• Carrying out software update studies of the machines within the university.
